These terms govern your use of pramukhdarshan.com and any purchase you make from Pramukh Darshan. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products & pricing

• Most items are made to order. Estimated lead times are shown on each product and confirmed at checkout.
• Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
• Product images are representative; natural materials (wood, fabric) may vary slightly in grain and shade.

Orders & payment

• An order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured by our payment partner, Razorpay.
• We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item cannot be fulfilled or if a pricing error occurs.

Warranty

Eligible products carry a manufacturer warranty as described on the product page (e.g. our 10-year frame warranty). Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear, misuse, or damage.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
