Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Because most pieces are made to order, you can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. After production starts, cancellation may attract a reasonable charge for work already done.

Comfort trial & returns

• Eligible mattresses include a 100-night comfort trial — if it isn’t right, contact us within the trial period to arrange a return.
• Returned items must be in clean, undamaged condition. Custom-made and made-to-measure items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval; the time to reflect in your account depends on your bank.
